The reasons I'm conflicted

The WiFi was GOOD throughout the hotel! Helpful staff stored our luggage after check-out, even assisting me with accommodations during an unexpected flight cancellation.

While breakfast options were plentiful, I found the variety seemed limited after several days. The worn carpet in hallways made the overall impression less appealing.

Decent size unit with a modern decor. Consistently courteous and excellent staff, very comfy beds. Good location next to everything, the restaurants, shops and camino trail, the fort of San Joao Baptista, and all the '' action '' bars, and friendly service.

Rather noisy staff!

Will choose it for sure next trip, our stay was good! All the rooms are good standard in addition to the bedroom and the staff is competent.

The hot breakfast selection was a good surprise! Rooms were pristine and comfy. Just wish the breakfast bar was bigger-made self-serving tricky. A solid stay 😊

A charming hub with local flair

The location is superb, right in the heart of Vila do Conde, with easy access to local markets and cafes. The staff were cute and helpful.

While the continental breakfast had a decent variety, it could use more fresh options to keep it exciting over several days. The cleanliness needs attention, as I found some old items in my room's drawers.

The hotel's central location allowed easy access to local dining options and walking paths. The limited number of outlets for charging devices in the room was noticeable. The noise from the nearby traffic at night made it hard to fully relax. While I enjoyed the cleanliness overall, the carpet in the hallway looked quite worn, a bit disappointing. Despite these issues, the lovely breakfast atmosphere and great location make me consider returning.

The insistence on strict check-in times was frustrating, as it didn't accommodate our late arrival. The staff's demeanor during our key card issue felt unwelcoming . The dated furniture in our room overshadowed the otherwise clean surroundings.

The hotel is centrally located in the old town. The rooms are comfortable and spacious, and the amenities like free WiFi and a pool table really enhanced my stay.

We visited the nearby beach and explored local cafes. The rooms were comfortable, and the staff was super accommodating. The location was great for grabbing breakfast on the go. It's perfect if you enjoy a quiet atmosphere and easy access to everything.

The Twin Room was clean and had a nice bath-perfect for a long soak after a day of walking! Great breakfast options with both hot and cold selections, and finally got a proper cup of English Breakfast Tea. The only downside was that the beds felt a bit short and hard, which might not be ideal for taller folks.

This was a good match for a mini-vacation in Vila do Conde with excellent value for money. The room was very clean, and the dedicated measures taken for cleanliness inspired confidence in the hotel's standards. Be sure to enjoy the local restaurant options as breakfast in the room isn't ideal.

The Double Room was spacious with a nice balcony, mini fridge, and tv. The bathroom was clean and had all the free toiletries. Soft sofa bed made relaxing easy. Breakfast was included and offered a good variety. It felt safe with key card access and the whole place was quiet at night.
